General Questions
Q: Can I freely edit the php code?
A: Yes. We don't encrypt any of our files because we'd rather give you the advantage of being able to customize your site. This of course doesn't mean you can remove our copyright notice from the files.
Q: I may need help with this. How much would that cost me?
A: Any problems you may have with our products will be taken care of by our support team. Just use our contact form to send your inquiry.
Q: For how long do you offer free updates?
A: Currently we offer lifetime free upgrades for customers.
Q: Can I install your scripts on more than 1 domain?
A: No. By purchasing our sctipts you only acquire 1 license, valid for 1 domain name. You are allowed to test our scripts on a separate domain name before you make your site. If you want to install our scripts on more than 1 domain you will have to purchase additional licenses. Discounts are available.
Q: Can I remove the 'Powered by' link from the footer?
A: The Powered by footer link can be removed without any fees.
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still purchase your scripts?
A: We accept any major credit cards but also PayPal and Wire transfers. See all options on order page.
